Our overall experience with Tri County Pools has been outstanding. Everyone
at Tri County Pools has been polite, professional, courteous and responsive;
for that I am thankful. All of the trades which Tri County subcontracted
with were also polite, professional and responsive. That was a pleasant
surprise because many times when a group of men are working together outside
it can get a bit raunchy; this never happened.
I would like to give kudos to Kevin, April, Danny, Craig and Tammy.all of
them went above and beyond the call of duty to take care of us.
Kevin was outstanding, definitely an asset to Tri County Pools. He was
responsive to my concerns and if not available when I called he would return
my call in a timely manner. He listened, explained and taught me throughout
the entire process, I appreciated that tremendously. He is kind and caring,
very professional. He is a man of his word; he did what he said he would do
that is refreshing! He deserves a raise!
April has been very professional, responsive, kind and courteous. She called
when she said she would; kept me informed during the entire process and
answered all my questions. She was very patient with me and I appreciated
that very much.
Danny, I can't say enough about Danny. He is an amazing young man; I am
pleased to have met him. Danny was always very respectful, polite and
courteous a refreshing change from some of the other young man his age I
have encountered in recent years. Danny did so much; I'm impressed with his
dedication to his work and his willingness to do whatever it takes to get
the job done, it did not go un-noticed that he worked tirelessly.he
definitely deserves a raise!
Tammy you have also been a pleasure to "work" with. I appreciate you taking
the time to explain things to me when I didn't understand them, especially
the Release of Lien papers. You were always polite, professional and
courteous with me, I appreciate that very much.
We also appreciate the time and energy Craig showed to us during the
creative process. He too was polite, professional and courteous.
It has been a pleasure dealing with Tri County Pools; we would definitely
recommend your company to others.

We interviewed many pool companies and are so happy we chose Tri County. Your innovative design idea’s are unique and gave us options no other company did. From the time we signed the contract, until the completion of the pool and pavers, everything went smooth and quickly.
Everyone that worked here did so with professionalism, neatness, courtesy and pride in a job well done. We applaud your company and would recommend you without hesitation.

During October/November of 2010, we used Tri-County Pools for our pool addition. They did a fantastic job and I cannot compliment them enough. Out of several pool builders, they were the only one interested in exploring our pool desires and using this information to develop a design that was better than anything we would have developed on our own. Pool construction was remarkably streamlined and progressed without a delay, hassle, or headache. At about 6 weeks, construction was completed in half the time of many neighbor pools. In fact, the biggest trouble in the whole process was selecting the colors. In addition, the work crews were very pleasant and professional. I am very impressed with their craftsmanship and the few minor mishaps were reworked without a hitch.
In summary, it was a pleasure working with Tri-County Pools. If the opportunity arises, we would definitely work with them again and we recommend them to anyone considering pool construction.

Our family purchased a residence in Lithia, FL that had been vacated for two years. The pool facility was in terrible condition and it was unclear if it could be reconditioned properly. We learned that Tri-County Pools constructed the pool originally and contacted them for help. We were pleased to learn the company still had the construction plans on file so they could determine the original specifications. The sales manager prepared a reconditioning quote that was fair and committed to five day completion on the project.
Due to the extensive reconditioning activities required, the construction manager, Kevin Frid, took on our project personally. We received an update everyday on the progress along with planned activities for the following day. After five days, our fully deteriorated pool facility was restored to new condition. The photos taken before and after the project was completed provide some insight into the extreme changes that occurred. We are very pleased with the quality workmanship and professional conduct of the Tri-County staff, Kevin Frid in particular. We highly recommend Tri-County Pools for any pool project.

My husband and I heard all sorts of nightmares about unscrupulous pool companies when we told our friends were getting estimates for a pool. I was happy to be able to tell them, after dealing with Tri-County, that I found a company who is fantastic. From the initial phone call, to the estimate process to the design, to the installation, to the final "walk through", Tri-County was a pleasure to do business with. They were always available, helpful, prompt and did what they said they'd do. I would recommend them, and already have, to all my neighbors and to anyone thinking of installing a pool. What a great company! And my pool is GORGEOUS!

My wife and I recently completed a pool project with Tri County pools. Our neighbor's had also used Tri County and were very pleased with the service, price, and end result. They were very responsive and easy to work with throughout the process. They were flexible around our ideas and attentive to our needs. We were shocked to hear that the project could be completed within 5 weeks (start to finish). They met the delivery window, and would have been completed sooner if we wouldn't have faced some set back issues. Either way, we are very proud , new pool owners and very happy with the service received by Tri County. I highly recommend this family owned business.

Our salesman came in and gave us a quote also showed us the pool/spa and paver design in 3D so we would know what it would look like. All of the subs were professional and cleaned up after the work was done. The whole staff at the Tri County was very helpful with any questions and concerns we had. The Construction Manager was always available and explained things every step of the way. Their warranty department is quick to respond and have been wonderful. The pool school was terrific.
